We want to inform you that we are observing a decrease in conversion rates for WebPay due to an intermittence from the Transbank side. All D24 services are fully functional. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this incident as soon as we have any news.

We would like to inform you that we have identified a decrease in the conversion rates of Banco Ripley payments due to an error on their HomeBanking application, affecting Webpay payments. All D24 services are fully functional. We are closely monitoring this situation and will provide updates in case of any improvements.
