We are currently experiencing issues with our channel's platform. To maintain service quality, we have activated our alternative channel. During this time, you may notice a decrease in payout approvals and SPEI and BBVA Bancomer conversion rates. The channel is working on a fix, and we will update you as soon as we have more information.
